Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) is a type of therapy that helps people be kinder and more understanding toward themselves especially when they’re struggling, feeling anxious, or being self-critical. Many of us have an inner voice that’s harsh or judgmental. CFT teaches you how to replace that voice with one that is more caring, supportive, and helpful. It’s not about ignoring problems, but about facing them with warmth instead of shame or blame. It's best for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, or past traumas who are looking to feel safer and more grounded in your emotions, calm your inner critic, build more confidence and self-acceptance, and improve relationships by being more understanding with yourself and others.
